NAILS OF THE DAY: ESSIE LADY LIKE & FLORAL NAIL ART STICKERS FROM BORN PRETTY STORE

I have been wanting to paint my nails for a while now, but I have been so busy painting our kitchen that I just haven't had the time to sit down and do it. Now that I'm all done with our kitchen, I got more time to play around with some of my nail polishes and nail art items.

My mom and I recently placed an order at Born Pretty Store. We picked up a bunch of really cool and fun nail art supplies. These pretty floral nail art stickers are a couple of the items that we ordered. I thought it would be fun to show you the design that I came up with, hope you like it! :-)

I think that these floral nail art stickers are so fun and quite unique. The design and the entire color scheme look beautiful together. I decided to pair the stickers with Essie's Lady Like, since I thought that it complimented the floral design beautifully. I added the nail stickers on both of my ring fingers, just to make it look a little more toned down and not so over the top.

I'm a huge fan of nail art stickers, they are so much fun to play around with. Born Pretty Store is my go-to website for everything that has to do with nail art. They have such a wide selection of designs to choose from and their prices are wonderful too. If you want me to start doing these nail art posts more often, please let me know in the comments down below and I will try to make it a more regular thing! :-)

What do you think about the design? Do you like to play around with nail art water decal stickers? :-) Love, Christine♥

NAILS OF THE DAY: EASTER BUNNY

Hello guys, how are you all doing on this lovely Tuesday? Do you have any fun plans for Easter? Simon and I are spending our Easter with family and friends. We are also thinking about taking a day trip to Sweden for some snowmobile fun and maybe a little barbecuing in the sun. We'll see what we end up doing, we haven't made up our minds just yet!

Anyway, I have an Easter manicure to share with you guys today. I received these adorable nail art water decal stickers in the mail from Born Pretty Store. I wanted to create a cute Easter manicure using the stickers, and this is the final look that I came up with. I kept the design quite simple, because I didn't want to go totally overboard with the bunnies. But I still wanted to corporate the design and some lovely pastel shades into the look! :-)

I like how this look turned out. It's not a difficult look to create either, which is awesome if your not good at creating your own nail art designs. I love playing around with nail stickers, because there are so many cute and cool designs and patterns to choose from. You can find the rabbit stickers, HERE.

Would you like to see a nail art water decal tutorial? Let me know in the comments down below and I will make that happen for you! :-)

CH NAIL NAIL LACQUERS: REVIEW, PHOTOS & SWATCHES

Today I have three nail polishes from a brand called CH Nail to share with you. The CH Nail Nail Lacquers come in a bunch off really fun and bright shades, which are available at Born Pretty Store for $4.99 each. They are quite affordable compared to some other nail polish brands out there, but are they worth picking up? Read more to find out what I think about them! :-)

 ♥ CH Nail Nail Lacquers in #09, #13 & #14.

 ♥ CH Nail Nail Lacquers in #09, #13 & #14.

♥ CH Nail Nail Lacquer in #09.

CH Nail Nail Lacquer in #09 ($4.99 for 15ml/0.5 fl.oz.) is a pretty neon green. It's quite sheer, so you definitely need to apply a couple off extra coats for it to look somewhat similar to how it looks in the bottle. It didn't go on looking streaky or patchy on my nails though, which is always a good thing. It's opaque in three coats.

It looks a bit darker in the bottle than how it looks on the nails, so be aware off that if you are thinking about picking up a bottle for yourself. It's a very cool, fun and fresh color for Spring and Summer! :-)

♥ CH Nail Nail Lacquer in #13.

CH Nail Nail Lacquer in #13 ($4.99 for 15ml/0.5 fl.oz.) is a pastel peach with a creamy finish. It's a little sheer and quite streaky, which made it a little difficult to work with. The consistency is quite thick, so make sure to apply thin coats or else it can look a bit thick and goopy on the nails. It's fully opaque in three coats.

Out off all three nail polishes here, this was the most difficult one to work with. Nonetheless it's still a very pretty shade, which makes the nails look very fresh and clean! :-)

♥ CH Nail Nail Lacquer in #14.

CH Nail Nail Lacquer in #14 ($4.99 for 15ml/0.5 fl.oz.) is a neon pink with a creamy finish. I didn't have any issues with this shade at all. It's quite easy to work with and it's the most opaque nail polish here with only two coats.

If I could only recommend just one shade here, it would have to be this one. It's such a gorgeous pink, which is going to look so cute on the nails and on the toes for Summer. I have a feeling that I will be reaching for this one a lot! :-)

♥ CH Nail Nail Lacquers in #09, #13 & #14.

Overall, there are definitely some really cute and fun shades in this range off nail polishes from CH Nail. I have always been a big fan off bright nail polishes for Spring and Summer, I love how they look on the nails and how they just brighten up any outfit and makes it pop.

The CH NAIL Nail Lacquers are not the most quick drying nail polishes, but I didn't find them to be too crazy. It helps a lot if you apply a quick drying top coat afterwards. The cool thing about these is that they actually glow in the dark. How fun is that? I have never owned or tried out a glow in the dark nail polish before, so that's pretty fun! :-)

NAILS OF THE DAY: VALENTINE'S DAY

Happy Friday! How are you doing today? Do you have any Valentine's Day plans? Simon and I are going out for dinner later, then maybe catching a movie tonight. We both want to go and see The Lego Movie, it looks really fun. Have you seen it yet? We'll see what we end up doing, nothing is final yet!

It's been a while since I've played around with nail art! I wanted to put together a cute look for Valentine's Day. I fell in love with this beautiful look, so I wanted to re-create it and share it with guys. This is my very first time trying out nail art water decals, and so far I really like it. There are so many fun and cute designs to choose from, definitely want to get my hands on some more designs :-)

Nails Of The Day: Corals & Studs

Hey Lovelies :-)
How are you guys doing on this lovely Thursday? Today, I decided to try out Essie's Cute as a Button. It's been in my collection for a while, but I haven't used it. I guess I was saving it for the summer, which is finally here. I have seen a lot of studded nails around lately, so I decided to add some silver studs to this look as well.

I really like how this look turned out. It's such a cute look for the summer, and I think the studs make it a little more fun and it gives the look that extra little touch of cuteness. What do you think? :-)

♥ Inkane Natural Lipstick in Shade #605.

 My Thoughts:
Inkane Natural Lipstick in Shade #605 is a neutral brown lipstick. It's very smooth and easy to apply, and it feels incredible soft and creamy on my lips. The shade is beautiful, highly pigmented and it doesn't have a weird or cheap scent.

I'm very impressed with the quality of this lipstick, and I like that it keeps my lips nicely moisturized. It's affordable, but it doesn't look or feel cheap at all. This reminds me a lot of the YSL Rouge Volupte lipsticks, which I really like as well. It has that same creamy and nice texture, but it's not as shiny as the YSL lipsticks.

I like the packaging a lot, it's so pretty. The lipstick comes in this beautiful pale lavender metal tube, with small rhinestones embedded into it. I love when brands put some thought and effort into their packaging, it makes me want to go out and buy their products even more. Do you agree with me? Ans are you a sucker for cute packaging too? :-)

I love the shade, it's very beautiful. I prefer neutral lipsticks that are more on the browner side, because I think they look much better with my skin tone. This is the perfect lipstick shade for me! It's just like my natural lip color, only better :-)

♥ Swatches.

My Opinion:
This cute, little quad consists off six beautiful eyeshadows and a little brush applicator. Im very impressed with how pigmented these shadows are and they are extremely soft. This quad is only $3.82 which is a great price for six gorgeous shadows.

The packaging is simple and the quad is quite small which makes it perfect and very handy to throw in your bag or take with you on vacation. Since its so small, it wont take up much space in your makeup bag either.

Where to buy?
You can buy this at bornprettystore.com for only $3.82. They got free worldwide shipping as well :)

Born Pretty Store: Nail Polish Haul♥

I did a review on the Shiny Violet Shimmer Nail Polish #11 a while ago. Shiny Violet was sent to me by Born Pretty Store for review purposes only and I loved it so much that I went back to their website and ordered seven other colors from the same collection off shimmer nail polishes.

I think these nail polishes are so beautiful and I do love how they look on my nails, especially when the light hits them, super gorgeous. I have swatched all the colors on my new nail wheel board, I hope you like my post :)

♥ L-R: #16, #13, #01, #14, #02, #05 & #24

Beautiful shades, right? Ahhh I just adore them so much. I wonder if these will work for Water Marbling? How cool would that look, need to try that out soon :)

These are $4.22 each on Born Pretty Store. They dry so fast and you can easily get away with wearing just one coat, I love the quality. Born Pretty Store have two colors from this shimmer collection that are $14.22 each, I dont know why those two cost more though. But I definitely want to get those as well, they are beautiful as well.

Born Pretty Store Mini Haul♥

I recently ordered some goodies over at the Born Pretty Store website. Im really loving their website, they have so many handy products to choose from. Im in the progress off organising all my makeup, so I decided that I wanted to get my hands on some supplies since I dont have a lot of that going on :)

I picked up the 25 pcs Nail art Glitter Display Box Container Case and also 8 off the White False Nail tips Art Display Practice Wheel Boards.

♥ 25 pcs Nail art Glitter Display Box Container Case:

I love that you get 25 off these small container cases for only $14.77 on Born Pretty Store. Thats a pretty good deal if you ask me. Over a year ago I bought some Lanmei pigments on Ebay, Im not a fan off their packaging because everytime I open them, they spill out everywhere. I feel like its too much product inside the little container, so I will change the packaging and use these instead.

The Lanmei pigments dont have names on their packaging only numbers, so I will probably add the name off the color and include the number on the new packaging.

♥ White False Nail tips Art Display Practice Wheel Board:

I have bought a lot off nail polishes lately and I decided to get eight off these Practice Wheel Boards which makes it so much easier to show you all the colors without having to swatch them all on my nails, thats just going to take too much time. Im also planning on doing a nail polish collection post soon, so Im super excited to try these and show you all the colors that I own :)

If you enjoy reading my posts, feel free to follow me on Twitter and Facebook, I would love to talk to you guys♥ Im on Twitter and Facebook all the time, so please feel free to leave me any questions or requests you might have :)
