PRODUCTS WORTH BUYING VOL.4: OPI NAIL ENVY ORIGINAL

Happy Monday! How is everyone doing today? Did you have a good weekend? Did you do anything fun? Simon and I have been helping my parents move into their new apartment, which has been pretty hectic. Moving is a lot off work and time consuming, but I can't wait to move into a big house with my other half someday. Just talking about it makes me happy and even more excited about it, LOL!

This post is going to be another ''Products Worth Buying'' post. I have been having a lot off fun doing these type off blog posts, and I hope that you are enjoying them and finding them helpful as well. So if you want to know what I think about the OPI Nail Envy Original, then just keep reading! :-)

♥ OPI Nail Envy Original.

OPI Nail Envy Original is a natural nail strengthening treatment, perfect for weak and damaged nails. I have been using it for quite a while now, and it's by far one off my favorite nail strengthening products available on the beauty market.

It's very easy to apply, and it makes the nails harder and stronger while giving them a shiny finish. If your not a big fan off the shiny finish, the OPI Nail Envy Matte is a great alternative as it dries invisible on the nails.

The OPI Nail Envy Original has completely changed my nails for the better. My nails used to be extremely brittle, and they would break all the time. Now, they are a lot stronger, harder and they look a lot more healthier as well. I always start by applying two coats off this product onto my bare nails, then I keep applying one coat every other day to maintain the treatment. OPI Nail Envy Original can also be used as a top coat on top off your nail polishes, which is something I like to do all the time :-)

♥ OPI Nail Envy Original.

Overall, if you have thin and brittle nails, you need this product in your life. I can't even imagine going back to not using it, that's how much I enjoy it. I have always been impressed with OPI, their products are awesome and the quality is really good. Definitely let me know if you give the OPI Nail Envy Original a go, I would love to hear what you think about it! :-)

The OPI Nail Envy Original is currently on sale at BeautyBay for $25.80, you can check it out HERE.

Have you tried out the OPI Original Nail Envy? What do you think about it? Do you have a favorite nail strengthener? :-) Love, Christine♥

PRODUCTS WORTH BUYING VOL.3: URBAN DECAY NAKED BASICS EYESHADOW PALETTE

Hey Everyone :-)
Happy Thanksgiving to all my lovely friends in the US! How are you all doing today? Hope you are having a great day! Today's post is going to be all about an eyeshadow palette that I have been loving a lot lately, the Urban Decay Naked Basics palette! :-)

 ♥ Urban Decay Naked Basics.

The Urban Decay Naked Basics palette is such a nice and handy little eyeshadow palette. It comes with six eyeshadows, one shimmery shade and five matte shades. The shadows are very smooth and easy to apply, and they blend like a charm. They are nicely pigmented but I do find them to be just a little powdery, nothing too extreme though. Just tap off any extra product that's left on your brush before application, and you are good to go!

My favorite shade in the entire palette is Naked 2. It's such a pretty, rosy taupe shadow which makes a great crease color. When I'm in a hurry and don't know which eyeshadow to use, I always go for Naked 2 and Brule by MAC Cosmetics. Brule brightens up the eye lid, while Naked 2 gives the crease a little bit off definition. It's a very quick and easy look to do, and the two shades look great together :-)

- Venus is a shimmery off-white.
- Foxy is a yellow beige with a matte finish.
- W.O.S (Walk Of Shame) is a pinky nude with a matte finish.
- Naked 2 is a rosy taupe with a matte finish.
- Faint is a dark brown with a matte finish.
- Crave is a deep brown/black with a matte finish.

 ♥ Swatch: Venus, Foxy & W.O.S.

 ♥ Swatch: Naked 2, Faint & Crave.

The Naked Basics palette is a very travel friendly eyeshadow palette. It's very small and compact, so it's not going to take up much room in your makeup bag or in your handbag (it's just a little smaller than my iPhone 4). You also get a decent sized mirror as well, which is always handy when you are on the go.

I do think that the Urban Decay Naked Basics palette is worth checking out, especially if you love neutral eyeshadows. It's got all the shades that you need to create a simple and pretty neutral eye look. The eyeshadows are very pretty, they are easy to blend and the pigmentation is good! Overall, I'm very pleased with this palette! :-)

What do you think about the Urban Decay Naked Basics palette? Do you like it? :-) Love, Christine♥

PRODUCTS WORTH BUYING VOL.2: MAC COSMETICS MINERALIZE SKINFINISH IN SOFT AND GENTLE

Hey Everyone :-)
How are you doing today? I hope that you are having a lovely Thursday! Before I get into this weeks ''Products Worth Buying'' post, I just have to thank you for all the feedback that I received on my previous post. I'm so happy to hear that so many off you really enjoyed the post. That makes me very happy, and it makes me want to continue doing these type off blog posts! But enough rambling from me, let's move onto this week's beauty product :-)

♥ MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Soft and Gentle.

The MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Soft and Gentle is probably my favorite and most used highlighter in my entire makeup collection. It's a beautiful champagne highlighter, which looks gorgeous on all skin tones. It gives the face the most beautiful glow!

The pigmentation is great! It's got a very nice rose scent, which I really enjoy. The scent is very similar to the Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua Ultra-Light Skin Perfecting Makeup SPF 15, except that the scent is just a little bit lighter. To apply Soft and Gentle, I like to use my Real Techniques Contour Brush. It picks up just the right amount off product, which makes it the perfect brush to use with this product :-)

Soft and Gentle is a little more on the pricier side ($30 for 10 g/0.35 US oz.), but I think that it's totally worth the price. You don't need to apply a lot off product, since it's quite pigmented, so it's going to last you a very long time. I've had mine for over two years now and it's still going strong, like there's no tomorrow, LOL!

I'm head over heels in love with this highlighter. It's been a big favorite off mine (and a huge staple in my makeup bag) for years, and I just can't say enough good things about it. Highly recommend that you give this one a go, I'm sure that you are going to love it just as much as I do :-)

PRODUCTS WORTH BUYING VOL.1: KORRES LIP BUTTERS

Hey Everyone :-)
How are you doing today? Hope you are having a wonderful day! I have a new type of blog post for you guys today. I have been blogging for a couple off years now and I have come across quite a few beauty favorites on my journey. So I have decided to start this new series on my blog called ''Products Worth Buying''.

In these type off blog posts I will be sharing my favorite beauty products, which are all products that I truly love and recommend. I will also be doing a little review off the product that I'm talking about, and also show you some swatches as well. I can't wait to start sharing more off my favorite products with you, maybe you will find a new favorite as well? :-)

♥ Korres Lip Butter in Jasmine.

♥ Korres Lip Butter in Jasmine.

The first product that I want to talk about is the Korres Lip Butters. Now that Fall is here and it's starting to get a lot colder outside, my lips tend to get extra dry. Chapped lips can be really painful, so that's why I always need to have a good lip balm at home and in my handbag as well.

The Korres Lip Butter in Jasmine has been my go-to lip balm and also my best friend during the Fall and Winter months. It comes in a white container with a baby pink lid. The container is quite small, which makes it a perfect little handbag campanion. The consistency of the lip balm is quite thick, so it helps keep my lips nicely moisturized and hydrated throughout the day. Jasmine has a sweet scent, which I really enjoy and it's also got a little bit of a tint as well. The tint doesn't show up that well on my lips, since they are quite pigmented! :-)

Although Jasmine is my favorite lip butter by Korres, there are a few other shades in the same range that I like as well. If you are looking for a lip butter with a little more pigmentation than Jasmine, Quince or Pomegranate are great choices. Korres also makes a product called Lip Butter Glaze, which is basically the same product but in a tube form :-)

♥ Korres Lip Butter Glaze in Jasmine, Raspberry & Wild Rose.

I think that the Korres Lip Butters are wonderful lip balms, especially if you suffer from dry lips like myself. They are not the most affordable lip balms on the beauty market, but I think that they are totally worth the money :-)

What do you think about the Korres lip butters? Which shade is your favorite one? :-)
Love, Christine♥
