Nails Of The Day: Bare To Wear & The Living Daylights

♥ Milani Bare To Wear & OPI The Living Daylights.

Hey Beauties :)
Today I'm wearing Bare To Wear by Milani, and The Living Daylights from the OPI Skyfall Collection. Bare To Wear is one of my favorite nail polishes to wear, and I never get tired of the color. It's a beautiful greige, beige nail polish with a hint off purple to it.

I really like how Bare To Wear and The Living Daylights look together. As you probably know, I'm pretty obsessed with wearing glitter nail polishes on my ring fingers. I just love how a glitter polish can change up a simple shade, and make it pop and look more fun and girly. Adding a glitter nail polish, is a fun and easy way to be a little creative with your nail looks :)

My October Favorites

 Hey Beauties :)
it's November, which means that it's finally time for yet another monthly favorites post. I have a few products that I have been loving for the month of October, and I want to share them with you guys :)

♥ Revlon Photo Ready Foundation in Shell.

I have been wearing the Revlon Photo Ready Foundation a lot in October. I really like how this foundation gives my skin a nice and dewy look. The Photo Ready Foundation has a lot of shimmer in it which I'm not the biggest fan of, but I do like how it gives my face a nice and healthy glow. If your not a big fan of shimmery foundations, this is definitely not the right one for you :)

♥ NYX HD Photogenic Concealer in Light.

I absolutely love this concealer from NYX. I have been using it everyday in October, and I'm almost out of it. This is definitely a product I will stick to, and keep buying over and over again :)

♥ MAC Paint Pot in Painterly.

Painterly has been one of my go-to eye products for the month of October. I have been wearing it all over my eyelid, with Tease from the Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette in my crease. I really like how Painterly and Tease look together. I like how Painterly opens up my eyes and makes them look more awake and fresh, while Tease give them a little bit of dimension and depth :)

♥ Revlon Lip Butter in Pink Truffle.

I'm a huge fan of the Revlon Lip Butters, and Pink Truffle is a shade that I have been using almost every day in October. I really like how soft and moisturizing these lip butters are, and I love that they are quite pigmented as well. If you are looking for a lip product that will give your lips some color and keep them moisturized throughout the day, Pink Truffle is definitely worth checking out :)

♥ YSL Rouge Volupte in 20 Spicy Pink.

I have been using my belowed YSL Rouge Volupte lipstick in 20 Spicy Pink a lot in October. Spicy Pink is my very first lipstick from YSL, and I don't regret spending my money on it. I love how pigmented and creamy it is, and also how smooth and soft it feels on my lips. Since the YSL lipsticks are a bit pricey, I decided to go with a more neutral shade that I knew I would wear and use often. If you are looking to splurge on a lipstick from the YSL Rouge Volupte range, you should definitely check out Spicy Pink. If you are a big fan of neutral lipsticks, I think you are going to love it :)

♥ Essie Nail Polish in Bahama Mama.

♥ MUA Makeup Academy Undressed Eyeshadow Palette.

I have been using the Undressed Eyeshadow Palette from MUA Makeup Academy a lot during the month of October. The eyeshadows are really pretty and nicely pigmented. The Undressed palette is actually a great alternative to the original Naked palette from Urban Decay. So if you don't want to spend $50 or more on the Naked palette, this is definitely a great choice :)

 ♥ Pink Travalo.

The Travalo is a refillable perfume atomizer, which I'm completely in love and obsessed with. Before I knew about this product, I used to carry my favorite perfumes in my handbag. We all know how heavy our handbags can get with all the different things we carry with us everyday, so this cute little gadget definitely made a big difference. The Travalo refills in seconds directly from a big fragrance spray bottle. It comes in many different colors, which is a perfect way to keep track of your favorite perfumes :)

 ♥ Real Techniques Buffing Brush.

I absolutely love this Buffing Brush from Real Techniques. I love using this brush to apply my blushes with, but it's also great for liquid foundation. I'm so impressed with the Real Techniques brushes. They are incredible soft and so easy to work with. They pick up product easily and they do a really good job blending out the product as well :)

 ♥ The Beauty Blender.

I freaking love the Beauty Blender. I love using it to apply my NYX Photogenic Concealer. It does a really good job blending out the concealer and making it look flawless and even. I highly recommend that you check out this product :)

Disclaimer:
I'm a Real Techniques Brand Ambassador, therefore the Buffing Brush were provided for review purposes only. No payment was received for this review. My reviews are based on my personal opinions and experience using the item(s). All opinions are my own and 100% honest.

Face Of The Day: Bare Study

 Hey Beauties :)
On days that I just want a quick and easy makeup look, this is usually the look I go for. When I'm in a hurry and I don't have much time to do my makeup, I just skip my foundation and go straight to my concealer. My skin isn't perfect, but I feel comfortable enough to skip my foundation. I love how Bare Study opens up my eyes and make me look more awake. It can definitely be a lifesaver on those really early mornings, haha :)

My Weekly Macro: Vol. 9

♥ Milani Baked Powder Blush in Fantastico Mauve.

Hey Beauties :)
I'm so impressed with the baked blushes from Milani! Fantastico Mauve is a gorgeous, dusty mauve with base swirls of pink, purple and white with tiny flecks of golden shimmer. When you blend everything together, It turns into a beautiful deep rich mauve. Fantastico Mauve is extremely pigmented, so a little goes a long way with this one. I highly recommend that you use a light hand with this blush, since it's so pigmented. You can always go back and apply more, if you want more color on your cheeks :)

Nails Of The Day: Bahama Mama

Hey Beauties :)
I have been really into darker nail polishes lately, and today I'm wearing Bahama Mama from Essie. Bahama Mama is a beautiful creamy, deep plum nail polish. It's very streaky on the first coat, but it gets better on the second coat. If you want your nails to look even, you definitely have to apply three coats.

Everytime I paint my nails, I use my favorite top coat which is Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat. I love how glossy it makes my nails look, how it evens out any mistakes that I have made, and how quick it makes my nail polish dry. I absolutely love Bahama Mama, and it's a great choice for the Fall :)

What do you think about Bahama Mama? What are you guys wearing on your nails at the moment? Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving a comment :) Xoxo, Christine♥

Tutorial: How To Create Vampire Nails For Halloween

Hey Beauties :)
Halloween is right around the corner, so I thought I would celebrate it by doing a nail art tutorial for you guys. This tutorial is inspired by the awesome vampire nails that MissJenFABULOUS on YouTube created and shared on her channel. This look is a very fun and easy to do for Halloween, especially if you are a fan of vampires. If you want to learn how you can create this really cool nail look for Halloween, then just keep reading :)

 1. Start of by painting your ring finger with a medium/dark red nail polish.

 2. When the red nail polish is dry, take a black nail polish striper and start creating two lines like I have done here.

 3. Take a black nail polish, and fill in the area between the two lines that you created with the black nail polish striper.

4. Take your white nail polish striper, and start creating the vampire teeth. When the teeth are all done, finish of with a top coat to protect your design from chipping away :)

Products I've Used:
♥ Elf Cosmetics Nail Polish in Light Red.
♥ L.A. Colors Art Deco Nail Art Laquer in Black.
♥ Wet n' Wild Fastdry Nail Color in Ebony Hates Chris.
♥ L.A. Colors Art Deco Nail Art Laquer in White.
♥ Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat.

What do you think about the finished look? I think my vampire teeth turned out okay, but I definitely want to practice more. If you want to, you can do the vampire teeth on all your nails. I decided to just do my ring finger and keep the rest of my nails black. Next time I'm on eBay, I'm going to pick up a black and a white nail art pen, because they are a lot easier to work with than the regular nail polish stripers :)

I hope that you like this post and that you had fun reading it, because I had a lot of fun creating them :)

What do you think about the tutorial? What Halloween nail art tutorials do you want me to do next? Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving a comment :) Xoxo, Christine♥
