Tutorial: How To Create Vampire Nails For Halloween

Hey Beauties :)
Halloween is right around the corner, so I thought I would celebrate it by doing a nail art tutorial for you guys. This tutorial is inspired by the awesome vampire nails that MissJenFABULOUS on YouTube created and shared on her channel. This look is a very fun and easy to do for Halloween, especially if you are a fan of vampires. If you want to learn how you can create this really cool nail look for Halloween, then just keep reading :)

 1. Start of by painting your ring finger with a medium/dark red nail polish.

 2. When the red nail polish is dry, take a black nail polish striper and start creating two lines like I have done here.

 3. Take a black nail polish, and fill in the area between the two lines that you created with the black nail polish striper.

4. Take your white nail polish striper, and start creating the vampire teeth. When the teeth are all done, finish of with a top coat to protect your design from chipping away :)

Products I've Used:
♥ Elf Cosmetics Nail Polish in Light Red.
♥ L.A. Colors Art Deco Nail Art Laquer in Black.
♥ Wet n' Wild Fastdry Nail Color in Ebony Hates Chris.
♥ L.A. Colors Art Deco Nail Art Laquer in White.
♥ Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat.

What do you think about the finished look? I think my vampire teeth turned out okay, but I definitely want to practice more. If you want to, you can do the vampire teeth on all your nails. I decided to just do my ring finger and keep the rest of my nails black. Next time I'm on eBay, I'm going to pick up a black and a white nail art pen, because they are a lot easier to work with than the regular nail polish stripers :)

I hope that you like this post and that you had fun reading it, because I had a lot of fun creating them :)

What do you think about the tutorial? What Halloween nail art tutorials do you want me to do next? Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving a comment :) Xoxo, Christine♥

♥ 3. Take a metallic nail polish and create a thick stripe over the mint green nail polish. Here I have used Trixie from Zoya.

♥ 4. Take the same light purple nail polish that you used to paint your nails with in the first step, and create a thick stripe directly below the mint green nail polish.

♥ 5. Continue the crossing of each nail polish one more time, until you have completed the entire nail. See more photos below.

♥ 6. Finish off with a top coat to protect your design from chipping away :)

Tutorial: How To Create Watermelon Nails

 Hey Dolls :)
I'm back with a brand new nail tutorial for you guys tonight. Its been a while since my last one, so I thought this would be the perfect time to do one. I love being creative and I love playing around with my nail polishes :)

If you want to learn how you can create these fun watermelon nails, just keep reading :)

♥ Watermelon Nails.

 1. Start off by applying a base coat to protect your nails. Wait for your base coat to dry, then take two pieces of clear tape and cross them over your nails, creating a triangular shape.

2. Paint your nails with a reddish pink nail polish. Wait for the nail polish to dry, then remove the tape from your nails. You don't have to wait until the nail polish have completely dried, but I find it easier to remove the tape and it makes the lines looks better too.

3. Create a green tip on your nails.

4. Separate both colors by using a white nail polish striper and create a thin line.

5. Take a light green nail polish and create lines or dots.

6. Add three black seeds using a black nail polish striper to complete the look of the watermelon. Finish off with a top coat to protect your new design from chipping away :)

 Products I used:
Essie Too Too Hot.
Mojito Madness.
♥ China Glaze Entourage.
♥ L.A Colors Art Deco Nail Polish Striper in Black.
♥ L.A Colors Art Deco Nail Polish Striper in White.
♥ Essie No Chips Ahead Top Coat.

♥ Watermelon Nails.

What do you think about the final look? I think this design is very cute, fun and perfect for the summer. I really like how the design turned out. This was my first time doing a nail look using tape, and I think I did well. I definitely want to practice more, because there are so many fun and cool nail looks you can create with tape :)

What do you think about my watermelon nails? Have you missed seeing my nail tutorials? Which design do you want me to do next? Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment :) Xoxo, Christine♥

Tutorial: How To Do Water Marbling

Hey Sweeties :)
Tonight's Tutorial is going to be all about Water Marbling. Water Marbling is a nail art technique that involves putting drops of nail polish into water, creating a design and then putting your nails into the water over the part of the design that you want on your nails.

Water Marbling might look difficult, but its actually very easy to do. If you want to learn how you can create unique designs with Water Marbling, just keep reading :)

♥ Start of by applying a base coat to protect your natural nails. Apply any nail polish of your choice, this is going to be our base color for the Water Marbling design that we are going to create next. I'm using Steady As She Rose by OPI. Apply some tape around all of your nails to prevent a huge mess, your nails should only be showing.

♥ Take a cup and fill it with room temperature water. Make sure that your cup is big enough to fit your finger in it. Then add a drop of nail polish in the water. You will see that it will create a circle. Keep adding drops of colors until you are happy with how it looks. Make sure that the nail polish lids are open. You have to work fast because the nail polish is going to dry completely and then you have to start over again.

♥ After you have finished adding the colors of your choice, take a toothpick or an orange stick and lightly drag it around in the nail polish to create a design. When you are happy with how your design looks, dip your nail into the design.

♥ With your nail still in the water, take your toothpick or orange stick and swirl it around your finger so it don't mess up your design. The orange stick picks up all the excess polish so your design won't be ruined when you remove your finger from the water.

♥ Let the design dry a little before you remove the tape. After you have removed the tape, take some nail polish remover on a cotton pad and clean up any trace of nail polish around your nails. Finish of with a top coat to prevent your design from chipping away :)

 Products I used:
♥ NYX Ridge Filler Base Coat.
♥ OPI Steady As She Rose.
♥ China Glaze Laced Up.
♥ Wet N' Wild Ebony Hates Chris.

What I love about this nail art technique, is that every design you create is going to look different on each of your nails. You can get very creative with Water Marbling which I think is super fun. You might have to give it a few tries before you get the hang of it, but when you do, you are going to have so much fun with it :)

Have you tried Water Marbling before? What do you think about my design? Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment :) Xoxo, Christine♥

Tutorial: How To Remove Glitter Nail Polish Using Foil

Hey Sweeties :)
I love wearing glitter nail polishes but we all know how ''fun'' they are to remove. I came across this awesome trick on how to remove glitter nail polishes using foil and I thought it would be perfect to do a Tutorial showing you how easy it is to do. So if you want to learn how you can remove your glitter nail polishes in only a few minutes, just keep reading :)

♥ NYX Nail Polish in Multi Glitter & Chanel's Rose Insolent.

♥ 1. Pour a good amount of nail polish remover on a cotton pad.

♥ 2. Place the wet cotton pad on your nail, make sure your entire nail is covered and that the cotton pad is pressed against your nail.

♥ 3. Rip a piece of foil and wrap it around your fingers like this.

♥ 4. Leave the foil on your nails for  3-5 minutes before you remove it. If you are working with a really thick glitter nail polish, you might need to leave the foil on a little longer so the nail polish will loosen completely.

♥ 5. Now you want to pull the foil off your fingers. If there is any nail polish left on your nails after removing the foil, just take a cotton pad with some nail polish remover and go over that area.

Products Used:
♥ NYX Ridge Filler Base Coat.
♥ NYX Advanced Salon Formula Nail Polish in Multi Glitter.
♥ Chanel Nail Polish in Rose Insolent.
♥ Cotton Pads.
♥ Nail polish Remover.
♥ Foil.

I love this Multi Glitter nail polish from NYX. Its a dupe for Deborah Lippmann's Happy Birthday which is a really popular nail polish. I love layering Multi Glitter on top off other nail polishes, it gives them that extra spark that I'm always looking for :)

Do you love wearing Glitter nail polishes? Have you tried out this technique before? Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment :) Xoxo, Christine♥

Tutorial: How To Create Converse Shoe Nails

Hey Sweeties :)
This Tutorial is inspired by Converse shoes. I wear Converse shoes a lot during the summer because they are really comfortable and they come in so many cute colors and patterns. I just saw pictures off the Pastel Collection and I absolutely love the colors. I need the mint green pair!!!!!

I hope you like this Tutorial, to learn how you can create fun Converse shoe nails, just keep reading :)

♥ 1. Start off by applying a base coat to protect your nails from staining. When your base coat have dried, go ahead and paint all off your nails black.

♥ 2. Take a white nail polish and swipe it across the tip off your nails like this. You might have to go over the tip a few times to get it to look opaque.

♥ 3. Take your silver nail polish and your dotting tool and create six small dots on each side.

♥ 4. Now we are going to work on our shoe laces. Take your white nail polish striper and start connecting the dots like this.

♥ 5. Take your dotting tool and place a small black dot off nail polish  inside the silver dots.

♥ 6. Create a thin, curved black line across the white tip to complete this look. Finish off your design with your favorite top coat to protect it from chipping away.

 Products I used:
♥ NYX Ridge Filler Base Coat.
♥ L.A. Colors Nail Polish Striper in Black.
♥ L.A. Colors Nail Polish Striper in Silver Glitter.
♥ Elf Cosmetics Nail Polish in White.
♥  Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat.

Here is the finished look, what do you guys think? I really like this design a lot, I think its really cute! This is definitely the most difficult design that I have created so far and I'm not 100% happy with how it turned out. I definitely need a little more practice when it comes to this design :)

If you think its a too much with having the Converse shoe design on all off your nails, try painting your nails black and just create the design on your ring finger for a more toned down look. Its very wearable and it looks super cute :)

What do you think about this design? Will you be trying it out? Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment :) Xoxo, Christine♥
