ELF COSMETICS BEAUTY HAUL
Happy Friday! How are you doing today? Are you looking forward to the weekend? Today, I thought I would show you what I ordered from the e.l.f. Cosmetics 50% off sale. I didn't go too crazy, just picked up a couple off new items that I wanted to try out. I just got them in my hands a couple off days ago, so haven't had much time to play around with them! :-)
♥ e.l.f. Cosmetics Pressed Mineral Eyeshadow in Miss Popular, HERE.
♥ e.l.f. Cosmetics Pressed Mineral Eyeshadow in Miss Popular, HERE.
♥ e.l.f. Cosmetics HD Blush in Showstopper, HERE.
♥ e.l.f. Cosmetics Moisturizing Lipstick in Wink Pink, Cheeky, Ravishing Rose and Flirty & Fabulous, HERE.
♥ e.l.f. Cosmetics Daily Moisture Stick, HERE.
I have been wanting to try out these products from e.l.f. Cosmetics for quite some time now, so I'm excited to finally be able to do it. The Daily Moisture Stick and the Moisturizing Lipsticks are probably the products that I'm most excited about, because I have heard so many great things about them.
The Pressed Mineral Eyeshadow in Miss Popular looks very pretty. It's a shade that I know I will get a lot off good use out off. I already have a couple off the HD Blushes in my makeup collection and I really like them. They are crazy pigmented though, so you definitely need to be a little careful when you are applying them. This is Showstopper, a beautiful deep purple! :-)

SWATCH OF THE WEEK VOL.3: ELF COSMETICS NAIL POLISH SET IN MYSTERIOUS
Hey beauties! How are you all doing today? I hope that you are having a lovely day so far. Today's post is going to be another Swatch Of The Week post, and this one is all about the e.l.f. Cosmetics nail polish set in Mysterious.
The e.l.f. Cosmetics Nail Polish Set in Mysterious (£4.00 for 0.609fl/18ml.) comes with three gorgeous nail polish shades called Purple Dream, Metal Madness and Dark Navy. All three nail polishes in this kit are not limited edition shades, they are all part off the e.l.f. Cosmetics regular nail polish range, which you can find right HERE :-)

♥ e.l.f. Cosmetics Nail Polishes in Purple Dream, Metal Madness & Navy Blue.
I really like the shape and the design off the nail polish bottles, they are really cute! I love that each nail polish have a little sticker on the bottom off the bottle with the name off the shade. Some off the nail polishes that I've ordered from e.l.f. Cosmetics in the past, were missing their name stickers which made it a little difficult to remember the name off the different nail polishes!
♥ e.l.f. Cosmetics Nail Polish in Purple Dream.
Purple Dream is a pretty metallic purple. It's got a thick consistency, but it's still very easy to work with. For some reason I thought that Purple Dream was going to be a sheer on the first couple off coats, but it's actually opaque in almost one coat which is pretty awesome. I used two coats here.
♥ e.l.f. Cosmetics Nail Polish in Metal Madness.
Metal Madness is a pretty gun metal grey with red, blue, green, gold and silver glitter. It's very easy to work with, and it's got that gritty texture like most glitter nail polishes do. Metal Madness looks even more beautiful on the nails when the light hits it, it really makes those glitter particles come alive on your nails. Metal Madness is fully opaque in two coats.

What do you think about the Mysterious nail polish set? Do you like it? Which shade is your favorite? Purple Dream, Metal Madness or Dark Navy? :-) Love, Christine♥

Dark Navy is a deep navy blue with shimmer. It's easy to apply, and it goes on smooth and evenly on the nails. Like Purple Dream and Metal Madness, Dark Navy is almost fully opaque in just one coat as well. I used two coats here.
Overall, I do think that this is a fun little nail polish set. I personally think that you can't go wrong with this set, especially if it's a gift for someone who has a sweet tooth for nail polishes! The e.l.f. Cosmetics Mysterious nail polish set is available HERE for £4.00.

I thought I would do a post and show you what beauty products I took with me on our weekend trip to Sweden. I always tend to over pack every time we go on vacation, but I think I did pretty good this time. Let me know what you think in the comments down below :-)

My Monthly Favorites: May 2013

Hey Everyone :-)
May is almost over, which means that it's time for me to share the products that I have been loving this month. I rediscovered a few, old beauty favorites off mine that I forgot that I had in my makeup collection. I love when that happens, don't you? So, without further ado, here are my favorite products for the month of May :-)
♥ e.l.f. Eyebrow Treat & Tame in Light/Clear:
The Eyebrow Treat & Tame by e.l.f. has been my go-to and favorite brow product during the entire month of May. My brows are very light, so I like to use the tame side of the product to give them some color. It's a very quick and easy step in my daily makeup rutine, and I really like it :-)
♥ Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in 15:
I have been obsessed with this concealer lately. I really like how it brightens up my my face, and make me look more awake. It has nice coverage as well, so it's great to use as an all over concealer. I like to use it under my eyes, as well as on the rest of my face to cover up any redness. If you have tried out Maybelline's Fit Me Foundation and you like it, definitely give this concealer a try :-)
♥ NYX Powder Blush in Peach:
I'm a huge fan of the powder blushes by NYX, and Peach is one of my favorites. Peach is a pretty light pink blush. I really like that it gives my cheeks a very natural and flushed look, I think that's a very pretty look for summer. Peach can be applied sheer with a light hand, or you can build it up and make it look a little brighter. I have been using it almost every single day in May, and I really like it. It's definitely one of the prettiest shades from NYX's Powder Blush range :-)
♥ Revlon Super Lustrous Lipgloss in Pink Afterglow:
During the month of May, I rediscovered my love for Revlon's Super Lustrous Lipgloss in Pink Afterglow. This used to be one of my favorite lipglosses, but I completely forgot that I had it in my makeup collection. Pink Afterglow is a pretty medium pink lipgloss with silver shimmer. It's very easy to apply, and it doesn't feel sticky on my lips. If you have been wanting to try out the Super Lustrous Lipglosses by Revlon, Pink Afterglow is a nice shade to start with.
♥ Maybelline Dream Fresh BB 8-in-1 BB Cream in Light:
I normally don't like to wear full coverage foundations during the summer, because I think they are a little too heavy for my liking. That's why I love BB creams, especially the Dream Fresh BB Cream by Maybelline. I like that it doesn't feel heavy on my skin, it gives my skin a very natural look and it also gives me an instant and fresh glow :-)
♥ MAC Eyeshadow in Brule:
Brule has been my favorite and most used eyeshadow during the month of May. I think it's a great ''all over the lid'' color, and it gives you that natural look which I have been going for a lot lately. Other shades from MAC that I also like, are Satin Taupe, Charcoal Brown and All That Glitters :-)
What products have you been loving for the month of May? Have you tried out any of my favorites? :-) Love, Christine♥

I'm a big fan of BB creams, and I recently picked up the L'Oreal Paris Youth Code BB cream. This is their lightest shade (called light), but I feel like it's still just a little too dark for me. I'm impressed with the coverage, it's pretty good and it has a nice smell as well. I haven't made up my mind on how I feel about this product yet, but I will definitely let you know in a upcoming review :-)
What do you think about the look? Have you tried the Youth Code BB Cream from L'Oreal Paris? Do you like it? :-) Xoxo, Christine♥
