City Color Cosmetics Baked Blush in Pink: Review, Photos & Swatches

City Color Cosmetics Baked Blush in Pink.

Product Description:
The City Color Baked Blushes are beautifully marbleized in rich tones to give your cheeks an even splash of color. Comes in 6 colors formulated with a smooth and light application for a flawless cheekbone.

My Thoughts:
City Color Cosmetics Baked Blush in Pink ($2.99 for 0.325 oz./9.30 g.) is a pretty pink with glowy shimmer. It's easy to apply and it blends nicely into the skin. I do find that using my fingers or a very dense brush works best with this blush. I tried using my Large Angled Contour F40 brush from Sigma Beauty (one of my favorite brushes for applying blush), but the product didn't transfer as well from the brush to my cheeks. So I switched over to my Real Techniques Stippling Brush, which actually works great with this product.

The texture of the blush is nice and very soft. It doesn't have that gritty/harsh feeling on the skin or a weird scent. It does have some shimmer to it which looks very natural on the skin, and it gives the cheeks a nice glow too. It's not the most pigmented blush that I've tried, but it gets the job done. I don't have to be as careful with it, like with some the my other blushes in my collection. It's a little sheer but the color is build able, so it's possible to make it look a little brighter if you want to :-)

It comes in a sleek, black container with a clear lid. I love that most of the lid is clear because it allows me to see what the product looks like, and it's great for storage purposes as well. Like I mentioned in my recent review of the City Color Multi-Color Blush in Coral, the product name is not listed on the back of the compact. That is the only thing I wish they would change about the packaging. So I will be adding a little sticker on the back with the name of the blush, so I know exactly what shade it is :-)

Overall, I think that this blush is okay. The shade is really pretty, I like that it gives my cheeks a pretty pink flush and a little bit of a glow as well. This blush is great to use on days that you just want a flush of color, and you don't want to risk looking like a clown for the rest of the day, LOL. It's only $2.99 so if you're in the marked for a new blush, this might be worth checking out :-)

City Color Cosmetics Multi-Color Blush in Coral: Review, Photos & Swatches

♥ City Color Multi-Color Blush in Coral.

Product Description:
Multi-Color Blush has four complementary tones to create any shade you please. Comes in 6 gorgeous combinations. Swirl all together or use individually, the soft iridescence will help add just the right amount of color to your cheek for any look.

My Thoughts:
The City Color Multi-Color Blush in Coral ($2.99 for 0.285oz/8.10 g.) is a pretty peachy orange blush with shimmer. The pigmentation is good and it feels very soft and smooth on the skin. It's easy to apply and it blends nicely into the skin. It doesn't have a weird scent, and it's quite build able as well.

Coral comes with four different shades. A golden champagne, a peachy orange, a bright pink and a golden shade. All four shades can be used together to create one pretty shade, or they can be used individually as either blushes or eyeshadows. I personally prefer to swirl all four shades together, I love that peachy orange shade that you get when you blend all four shades together.

Coral comes in a sleek, black container with a pretty engraved design around the outer part of the compact. The middle part of the compact is clear, which allows you to see what the product looks like. I really like that, because it let's me see the product clearly, and it's very effective for storage purposes as well. The name of the blush is not listed on the back of the compact, which is the only thing I wish they would change about the packaging. I have added a little sticker with the name of the blush, just so I don't forget what it's called.

Overall, I do think that Coral is a nice blush. The shade is very pretty, it's nicely pigmented and easy to apply and blend into the skin. It does have some shimmer to it so if that is something you don't like in a blush, I'm not sure if this one is for you. I don't mind the shimmer, because I like that it gives my skin a little bit of a glow. I also like that you get a good amount of product for the price, it's definitely a blush that is worth checking out :-)

City Color Elite Glimmer Gloss in Beige: Review, Photos & Swatches

♥ City Color Elite Glimmer Gloss in Beige.

The Gold Collection's lipgloss is lightweight, non-sticky and smells divine. Whether you're wearing this glamourous lipgloss alone or adding a luminous sheen to a lipstick, this lip gloss is sure not to disappoint. Don't forget, it's gold inspired look gives the body a sophisticated design making it a must-have for every girl :-)

♥ City Color Elite Glimmer Gloss in Beige.

My Thoughts:
City Color Elite Glimmer Gloss in Beige, is a beautiful pinky beige lip gloss with golden shimmer. It feels very soft and smooth on my lips and it doesn't feel sticky at all, which I really like. The shimmer/glitter is very fine, so you won't be able to feel it on your lips.

Beige is a sheer shade, but you can build up the color just a little. It looks very glossy and shiny on the lips, and the color is truly beautiful. If your not a big fan of shimmery lip glosses, you can always apply it onto the center of your lips to make them look bigger and fuller. It's got a cherry scent which is very similar to the NYX Megashine lip glosses, so if you like how they smell, I think you are going to like the Elite Glimmer Glosses by City Color Cosmetics.

♥ City Color Elite Glimmer Gloss in Beige.

The packaging is very cute. It's got a pretty golden flower detail on the tube, which I think looks very pretty and girly. The staying power isn't the best, so you have to keep re-applying it throughout the day. Beige looks very beautiful on top of a neutral lipstick, that's more on the browner side. I love wearing it on top of Fairest Nude lipstick by L'Oreal Paris and Allure from Dalton Cosmetics :-)

You might like this product if:
You are looking for a non-sticky and affordable lip gloss.
♥ You like cherry scented products.
♥ You love neutral lip glosses.
♥ You like shimmery lip glosses.

You might not like this product if:
♥ You don't like cherry scented products.
♥ You don't like to wear lip gloss in general.
♥ You are looking for something more opaque.
♥ You don't like shimmer on your lips.
