SIGMA BEAUTY POWER STICK IN CLOVER: REVIEW, PHOTOS & SWATCHES

Sigma Beauty Power Stick in Clover ($25.00 for 0.11oz/3.2g.) is a soft, wearable pink with a creamy satin finish. It has a beautiful and creamy formula that glides on like butter. It's very pigmented and it feels nice and very comfortable on the lips. It's not patchy or streaky, it doesn't feel drying on the lips and it doesn't have an unpleasent scent either.

COLOURPOP COSMETICS ULTRA MATTE LIP IN TRAP: REVIEW, PHOTOS & SWATCHES

ColourPop Cosmetics Ultra Matte Lip in Trap ($6.00 for 3.2g/0.11oz.) is a dusty greyed out beige with a matte finish. It's very easy to work with and it applies like a dream. It's nice and very opaque and the formula is quite thin and lightweight, which makes it buildable as well. Trap is kiss proof, it doesn't cling to any dry patches on my lips and it looks great even on unexfoliated lips.

HAPPINESS BOUTIQUE GLAMOROUS OVER THE TOP STATEMENT NECKLACE: REVIEW & PHOTOS

I can't begin to describe how beautiful the Glamorous Over The Top Statement Necklace from Happiness Boutique is. It's such a gorgeous, versatile necklace that can be dressed up with a nice dress and a pair of heels or dressed down with a cozy cardigan, a simple white t-shirt, some jeans and a pair of cute boots.

I love to dress myself in casual and comfortable clothes, but I still want to look cute and presentable at the same time. I have put together an outfit featuring this stunning piece from Happiness Boutique. This is just one way that I would style this necklace and I think it's a great look for every day. I hope you like the outfit as much as I do, be sure to let me know your thoughts in the comment section down below! :-)

The quality of the necklace is really nice. It has a nice weight to it, it doesn't look cheap or feel heavy around the neck. It's got a $31.55 price tag, which I think is a good price compared to the quality, size and the overall look of the necklace. It's such a beautiful and unique piece, which is going to complete and make any plain or dressy outfit stand out. I have received quite a few compliments whenever I have worn this necklace out, which is always super fun. What girl doesn't like to be complimented every once in a while? :-)

Where to buy?
The Glamorous Over The Top Statement Necklace is available for $31.55 at Happiness Boutique, (HERE). Use code christineiversen at the checkout and receive 10% off your order over 19 euros. The code is valid until June 7th.

Note:
Material: zinc (nickel and lead free), rhinestones.

What are your thoughts on the Glamorous Over The Top Statement Necklace from Happiness Boutique? Do you like it or do you prefer to wear something smaller? :-)

GERARD COSMETICS LIPSTICK IN 1995: REVIEW, PHOTOS & SWATCHES

Gerard Cosmetics is a brand that I have been wanting to try out for a while. When I saw that they were having a 60% sale on their website (this was a little while ago), I just had to jump on the bandwagon and place an order on their website. I knew I wanted to pick up a color that I would use a lot, so that's how I ended up with 1995! :-)
♥ Gerard Cosmetics Lipstick in 1995.

Gerard Cosmetics Lipstick in 1995 is a beautiful, deep mauve brown with a matte finish. It's part of Jaclyn Hill's collaboration with the brand and it's inspired by the 90s grunge revival and the beauty trends of an unforgettable decade. 1995 is easy to apply and it looks beautiful on the lips. The pigmentation is good, but I found it to be a little drying on the lips. I like to apply a little bit of lip balm underneath and it's completely fine.

1995 comes in a beautful, gold tube with the Gerard Cosmetics logo ingraved just below the cap. The packaging is gorgeous, very luxurious looking but it feels a little cheap compared to the $19 price tag. I think the lipstick itself is great though, which is what matters. The scent is the only thing about this lipstick that I don't like, but once I've applied it on my lips I don't notice the scent anymore.
♥ Gerard Cosmetics Lipstick in 1995.

♥ Gerard Cosmetics Lipstick in 1995.

Overall, I think 1995 is a total must have if you're into deep, mauve brown toned lipsticks. It's a real stunner, such a gorgeous every day color. If you are thinking about giving Gerard Cosmetics a go but you don't want to spend $19 on just a single lipstick, you should check out their bundle deals. At the moment, they are offering any two lipsticks for $19, (HERE) or four lipsticks of your choice for only $33, (HERE).

I'm seriously concidering placing another order on their website, since there are a couple more shades I would love to add to my collection. I also want to pick up Candy Kiss, which is Shaaanxo's collaboration with Gerard Cosmetics. I'm a big fan of Shannon and her videos on YouTube, (HERE), so I would love to pick up her lip gloss and show my support! :-)

NICKA K NEW YORK LIP COLOUR GLOSS IN BOCA RATON & NAPLES: REVIEW, PHOTOS & SWATCHES

Nicka K New York Lip Colour Gloss in Boca Raton and Naples (£4.50 for 6.3g.) delivers weightless wear, luminous color and all-day shine. They are both smooth and easy to apply and they go on even on the lips. They are very creamy and soft and they feel super comfortable on the lips. They don't feel sticky or goopy at all and they have a faint fruity scent, which isn't too overpowering and sickly.
♥ Nicka K New York Lip Colour Gloss in Boca Raton, (HERE) & Naples, (HERE).

I think the packaging is really cute. They come in a sleek and pretty, clear tube with a beautiful touch of rose-gold colored detailing on the handle. The tube is quite flat, which is very different and unique compared to most of my lip glosses in my makeup collection. Since the tubes are so flat, they hardly take up any space in my makeup drawer/daily makeup bag, which is always a good thing for us girls who can't seem get enough lip products in our lives! :-)

Boca Raton (£4.50 for 6.3g.) is a pretty pink with shimmer. It's a little more sheer compared to Naples, so you do have to really build it up to make it look more opaque on the lips. The shimmer is very fine so you won't be able to feel it on your lips.

Naples (£4.50 for 6.3g.) is a beautiful terracotta color. It's such a gorgeous color, which is great for layering on top of nude lipsticks for some extra color and shine.

Overall, I do think that these Lip Color Glosses from Nicka K New York are a great choice if you are looking for a more affordable lip gloss to add to your makeup collection. Both Boca Raton and Naples are beautiful colors, but Naples is definitely my favorite out of the two. It really impressed me with it's pigmentation and it's such a lovely color on it's own but also applied on top of nude lipsticks.

They both lasted a couple of hours on my lips, before I needed to re-apply them. I normally don't wear lip glosses for more than a couple of hours anyway, so that's not something I really care about. There is a good selection of colors to choose from in this range from Nicka K New York, so I'm sure you will find a shade or two that you fancy trying out for yourself! :-)

Ingredients:
Petrolatum, Paraffinum Liquidum, Lanolin, Bees wax, Tocopheryl Acetate, Polybutene, Microcrystalline Wax, Methyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben, BHA, D&C Red 6 Ba Lake (CI 15850:2), D&C Blue 1 Al Lake (CI 42090:2), Iron Oxide, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891).

URBAN DECAY NAKED2 BASICS EYESHADOW PALETTE: REVIEW, PHOTOS & SWATCHES

Urban Decay Naked2 Basics Eyeshadow Palette ($25.00 for 13g.) contains six beautiful, neutral shades that are all in cool, taupe hues. Five of the eyeshadows have a matte finish, while one has a more satiny finish. The palette has five never-before-seen shades, which are called Stark, Frisk, Cover, Primal and Undone.

The eyeshadows in the Naked2 Basics palette have a nice, velvety soft texture. They are easy to work with and they blend beautifully onto the eyes. The pigmentation of the eyeshadows are great, but they can be a bit powdery during the application.
♥ Urban Decay Naked2 Basics Eyeshadow Palette, (HERE).

♥ Urban Decay Naked2 Basics Eyeshadow Palette, (HERE).

♥ Urban Decay Naked2 Basics Eyeshadow Palette, (HERE).
The Naked2 Basics Eyeshadow Palette comes in a sleek, soft-touch case that has a suede-like feel and a slight sheen. It's quite small and compact, which makes it a travel friendly little eyeshadow palette. It's the same size as the first Naked Basics palette, except that this one has a different color on the casing and the writing is a lot lighter as well. Since it's so small and compact, it won't take up much space in your makeup drawer.

Skimp, a pale nude satin.

♥ Stark, a nude-pink matte.

♥ Frisk, a warm gray matte.

♥ Cover, a muted red-brown matte.

♥ Primal, a muted brown matte.

♥ Undone, a deep, smoky brown matte.

The Naked2 Basics might just be my new favorite, go-to eyeshadow palette. I'm in love with all six of the eyeshadows in this little palette, they are so beautiful and very me. I have a bit of a weakness for eyeshadows with taupe hues, so there is no doubt that this palette is right up my alley.

The first Naked Basics palette has a color called Crave, which is a very dark black. I hardly ever wear black eyeshadows on my eyes (only as eyeliner for a more softer look) so it's not a color that I get much use out off. So I'm really happy that Urban Decay decided to add Undone to the Naked2 Basics, which is a deep, smoky brown. I know I will be reaching for this color a lot more, which means that I will be able to enjoy this palette to the fullest. Naked2 Basics is such a versatile little palette, which I know I'm going to be reaching for again and again. I like all six of the eyeshadows, but my top three favorites are Stark, Frisk and Cover! :-)

Ingredients:
Talc, Boron Nitride, Mica, Kaolin, Silica, PTFE, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Zinc Stearate, Dimethicone,Methicone, Glyceryl Caprylate, Sodium Dehydroacetate.

MAKEUP GEEK BLUSH IN ROMANCE: REVIEW, PHOTOS & SWATCHES

Makeup Geek Blush in Romance ($12.99 for 4.25g.) is a beautiful peachy-rose with golden shimmer. The pigmentation is wonderful and it's got a creamy and silky smooth texture, which blends flawlessly onto the cheeks giving you that beautiful and radiant looking glow.

Romance comes in a simple but very cute compact, which feels dense and very sturdy. It's got a clear lid which is awesome, because it allows you to see the true color of the blush without having to open it up. The compact is very slim so you can easily fit it in your daily handbag/makeup bag for any touch ups throughout the day. It's also designed to be easy to open up and de-pot just in case you want to put it in a palette.

I really adore this blush from Makeup Geek. It reminds me a lot of Hot Mama by theBalm, which has been one of my favorite blushes for a very long time. Hot Mama is a little darker than Romance, but they look almost identical when they are swatched next to each other. I'm so excited to have found another blush that I'm head over heels in love with. Romance is a beautiful blush that gives the cheeks that gorgeous flushed look that I love so much, it's now a staple and a must have in my makeup bag! :-)

MARC JACOBS DAISY EAU DE TOILETTE SPRAY: REVIEW & PHOTOS

Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau De Toilette Spray is a very fresh and feminine fragrance with a playful innocence. The heart of Daisy is floral with vintage edge of violet. Sophisticated with a touch of whimsy, the violet captures the eclectic and timeless flavor of the groundbreaking, beautiful and feminine designs from Marc Jacobs. Daisy EDT is elegant and classy with it's notes of violet leaves, violet petals, jasmine petals, strawberry, ruby red grapefruit and a blend of musk, vanilla and white woods.
♥ Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau De Toilette Spray, (HERE).

Daisy Eau De Toilette Spray (available in 30ml, 50ml, 100ml and Rollerball.) is a very floral, feminine and romantic fragrance, which is perfect now that it's Summer here in Norway. I have never been the biggest fan of floral scented perfumes, but this one is right up my alley. The scent isn't too strong or heavy, which makes it a great pick for every day too.

How gorgeous is the design of the bottle? I'm in love! It's truly beautiful, very elegant and classy looking in my opinion. One of my favorite things to do with my perfumes (all beauty related items in general) is to display them around my makeup table and different shelves around the room. It's a nice way for me to keep track of my collection as well as remind myself to use what I already have. Daisy EDT has her own spot in the middle of my IKEA perfume tray at the moment, but I will be giving her a new home soon. I'm in the middle of organizing and changing up the look of my makeup area, so until I'm all finished with that project, the perfume tray is her home for now! :-)

If you like clean yet sweet, girly and floral scented perfumes, I think that you are going to like Daisy EDT by Marc Jacobs. I have been wearing it quite a lot since I got it and I really like it. The scent is really fresh and lightweight and it makes you smell like you just rolled out of a flower meadow, amazing!

MizSpa and I will be giving away a brand new bottle of Daisy Eau De Toilette Spray by Marc Jacobs. I will be posting the giveaway on my blog later this evening, so keep your pretty eyes open for that! :-)

MAKEUP REVOLUTION LIP LAVA LIQUID LIPSTICKS: REVIEW, PHOTOS & SWATCHES

Today, I have a review of the new Makeup Revolution Lip Lava Liquid Lipsticks. I have all 5 shades in the range to show you, so let's get started! :-)
♥ Makeup Revolution Lip Lava Liquid Lipsticks, (HERE).

The new Lip Lava Liquid Lipsticks from Makeup Revolution is a super intense liquid lipstick with a nourishing vitamin E formula. They have a very soft feel to them and they look very pretty on the lips. They don't feel too sticky, which I really like. I can't stand that sticky feeling that some lip products leave behind, thankfully these don't do that.

The pigmentation is wonderful, but they do feel a teeny bit drying on my lips. They also stick to any dry patches/flakes on my lips, which doesn't look too appealing. I always exfoliate my lips and use a good lip balm before I apply any type of lip product, so this isn't really a big issue for me. These do stain the lips a little so make sure to keep that in mind if you are thinking about picking up a shade or two, but it's nothing that a makeup remover can't handle though! :-)
♥ Makeup Revolution Lip Lava Liquid Lipsticks, (HERE).

♥ Makeup Revolution Lip Lava Liquid Lipsticks, (HERE).

They come in a squeeze tube with a sponge tip applicator. The sponge tip applicator is quite small, which makes the application easier to control if you are applying them straight from the tube. They are fairly easy to apply, but the brighter shades can be a little more tricky to apply straight from the tube, because they are not as forgiving if you make a mistake with them. I would definitely recommend using a lip brush with Unleash, Shockwave and Firestorm, because it's going to give you a more cleaner look and you also get a more precise line with a lip brush as well.

The Lip Lava's don't have their names listed on the packaging, only on the box that they came in. If I could change anything about the packaging, this would definitely be it. I just prefer it when the names are listed on the product, because it's easier to tell the name of the product that I'm using without having to go online and look it up if I have forgotten it! :-)

Overall, I'm very pleased with the Lip Lava Liquid Lipsticks from Makeup Revolution. They look and feel good on the lips, the colors are beautiful and they are packaged in a really cute tube. My favorite shades from this range is definitely Shockwave and Forgiven. They are so beautiful and they both look really good on the lips. The other 3 colors are pretty too, but I don't think that they look as good on me as the other two! :-)
