The nail polish behind hatch number 19 is called Cookies and Cream. Cookies and Cream is a light taupe grey nail polish. It's very easy and smooth to work with, but it's a little sheer on the first coat. I didn't experience any streaking this shade, it's quick drying and it's opaque in three coats. Cookies and Cream reminds me of Milani's Bare To Wear, which is one of my all time favorite nail polishes. The shade is gorgeous, it's super wearable and perfect for every occasion. I think Cookies and Cream is going to be another big favorite of mine :)
