April has come to an end, which means that it's time for me to share the products that I have been enjoying this past month. April has been a good month and I have slowly been getting back into blogging again, which is something that I'm very happy about. There are lots of exciting posts coming your way, which is super fun. Let me know if you have any requests, because I would love to hear your thoughts. But for now, let's get into my April favorites! :-)
MAC Cosmetics Mineralize Skinfinish in Soft & Gentle, (HERE).
If you have been following my blog for a while now, you know that I'm head over heels in love with MAC Cosmetics Mineralize Skinfinish in Soft & Gentle. It's my all time favorite highlighter and it's the only highlighter that I have been reaching for in April (now I feel a little sad for the other highlighters in my collection) so I just had to give it a quick mention in my April favorites post. It's such a stunning highlighter, which gives you the most beautiful, healthy glow. I love it! :-)

MAC Cosmetics Strobe Cream, (HERE).
I bought this little beauty in the duty free store at the airport in Oslo, on our way home from holiday in Thailand. I have been using it a lot since I picked it up and so far I really like it. I love how it feels on my skin, so smooth and hydrating. It makes my skin look very radiant and glowy, which I'm all about these days. It looks very natural on the skin, not like you have rolled around in a pile of glitter (wouldn't that be amazing though?). I love that it's possible to buy this in a travel sized tube, because it's a great way to test it out without commiting into buying the full size! :-)
NYX Cosmetics Powder Blush in Peach, (HERE).

You might have seen this beauty off a blush from NYX Cosmetics in a couple of my previous monthly favorites posts. Peach is a pretty peachy pink blush with a matte finish. It's one of those blushes that looks really pretty and very natural on the cheeks. It gives you that pretty, flushed look which I'm a huge fan off. It's very easy to blend and it's quite pigmented as well. It's such a nice blush for every day and it's been a favorite off mine for a couple of years now! :-)
ColourPop Cosmetics Ultra Matte Lip in Trap, (HERE).
ColourPop Cosmetics Ultra Matte Lip in Trap, (HERE).
I'm sure most of you are familiar with the brand ColourPop Cosmetics. One of my favorite lip products in April has been their Ultra Matte Lip in the color Trap. It's a dusty greyed out beige with a matte finish. It's such a gorgeous shade, which has quickly become a favorite of mine. It's very opaque and easy to work with. The formula is quite thin, it doesn't go on chunky or look patchy on my lips. Since Trap is a matte, it can feel a little drying on the lips. That is usually something I like to stay away from, because my lips are really dry to begin with. I didn't find it to be as drying and uncomfortable on the lips as I thought it was going to be, which I'm so happy about because the color is stunning! :-)
Maybelline New York Baby Lips in Cherry Me, (HERE).

Another lip product that I have been loving in April is Cherry Me from the Maybelline New York Baby Lips range. It's a lip balm with a cherry pink tint, which gives off the most prettiest tint of color (just like you have been sucking on a popsicle). This is a wonderful little product to keep in your handbag and it's perfectc on those days that you just want something quick and easy. Cherry Me feels very nice and soft on the lips. It smells really good as well, very sweet yet fruity at the same time! :-)
Lady Queen Makeup Brushes, (HERE).
I have been loving these makeup brushes from Lady Queen. They are really soft and I like how well they blend and pick up eyeshadows. I didn't quite know what to expect when I first received them in the mail. I thought the quality was going to be average, but they are actually pretty great. I'm really impressed with how well they work and that they don't shed when I wash them. They come in a set with 3 other brushes as well. I personally don't think that they are as good as these two, which is why I haven't included them in my favorites.
You can get 15% off your order at Lady Queen with the code JGGT15! Happy shopping :-)
What do you think about my April favorites? What product have you been enjoying in April? :-)
Love, Christine ♥
