MAKEUP REVOLUTION LIP LAVA LIQUID LIPSTICKS: REVIEW, PHOTOS & SWATCHES

Today, I have a review of the new Makeup Revolution Lip Lava Liquid Lipsticks. I have all 5 shades in the range to show you, so let's get started! :-)
♥ Makeup Revolution Lip Lava Liquid Lipsticks, (HERE).

The new Lip Lava Liquid Lipsticks from Makeup Revolution is a super intense liquid lipstick with a nourishing vitamin E formula. They have a very soft feel to them and they look very pretty on the lips. They don't feel too sticky, which I really like. I can't stand that sticky feeling that some lip products leave behind, thankfully these don't do that.

The pigmentation is wonderful, but they do feel a teeny bit drying on my lips. They also stick to any dry patches/flakes on my lips, which doesn't look too appealing. I always exfoliate my lips and use a good lip balm before I apply any type of lip product, so this isn't really a big issue for me. These do stain the lips a little so make sure to keep that in mind if you are thinking about picking up a shade or two, but it's nothing that a makeup remover can't handle though! :-)

They come in a squeeze tube with a sponge tip applicator. The sponge tip applicator is quite small, which makes the application easier to control if you are applying them straight from the tube. They are fairly easy to apply, but the brighter shades can be a little more tricky to apply straight from the tube, because they are not as forgiving if you make a mistake with them. I would definitely recommend using a lip brush with Unleash, Shockwave and Firestorm, because it's going to give you a more cleaner look and you also get a more precise line with a lip brush as well.

The Lip Lava's don't have their names listed on the packaging, only on the box that they came in. If I could change anything about the packaging, this would definitely be it. I just prefer it when the names are listed on the product, because it's easier to tell the name of the product that I'm using without having to go online and look it up if I have forgotten it! :-)

Overall, I'm very pleased with the Lip Lava Liquid Lipsticks from Makeup Revolution. They look and feel good on the lips, the colors are beautiful and they are packaged in a really cute tube. My favorite shades from this range is definitely Shockwave and Forgiven. They are so beautiful and they both look really good on the lips. The other 3 colors are pretty too, but I don't think that they look as good on me as the other two! :-)

GLOSSYBOX: MARCH 2015

My March GLOSSYBOX arrived on Friday and I'm excited to share the items that I got in my box with you all in today's blog post. The March box is filled with 5 fun and exciting little beauty treats centered around the theme Bold Beauty. So without any further ado, here they are! :-)
♥ Naobay Natural & Organic Moisturizing Peeling, (HERE).
♥ Make Up Store Lipstick in Pink Panther, (HERE).

The items that I'm most excited to try out are the Naobay Moisturizing Peeling Scrub and the lipstick from Make Up Store. Naobay is a brand that I haven't heard about before, so I'm looking forward to trying them out.

GLOSSYBOX has yet again included Make Up Store in their box, which I couldn't be more happy about. I absolutely adore Make Up Store, it's one of my favorite brands. The lipstick that I got in my box is called Pink Panther and it's a gorgeous bright pink with a sheer finish. To be completely honest with you guys, bright lipsticks scare me a little! Pink Panther has a sheer finish to it, so I'm hoping that it won't look as intense and bold on the lips as it looks in the tube! :-)
♥ Elisabeth Mott you're so FINE Liquid Eyeliner in Glitterati, (HERE).

♥ Elisabeth Mott you're so FINE Liquid Eyeliner in Glitterati, (HERE).

Elisabeth Mott is a brand that I'm not familiar with. This is the you're so FINE Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in Glitterati, which is a black with glitter. Eyeliner is definitely something that I find myself struggling with, which is exactly why I don't wear it that often. This one looks like it could be easy to use for someone who's not that skilled with an eyeliner. I'm going to give this one a chance and practice a lot with it and I'm sure that I will get the hang of it eventually.

What do you guys think? What eyeliner would you recommend for people that are ''new'' to eyeliners? Thank you! :-)
♥ Glazel Visage Loose Eyeshadow in G1, (HERE).

♥ Glazel Visage Loose Eyeshadow in G1, (HERE).

Another brand that I haven't heard anything about is Glazel Visage. I received their Loose Eye Shadow in G1, which is a pretty golden shade. I'm not a huge fan of loose eye shadows, but I think this would look really pretty on the center of the eyelid as an instant brightener. What do you guys think? How would you wear it? :-)
♥ L'Oreal Professionnel Mythic Oil Masque, (HERE).

GLOSSYBOX also included the L'Oreal Professionnel Mythic Oil Masque in the March box, which I'm very eager to try out. I received both the Shampoo and Conditioner from the very same range in my February box, so I'm excited to try them all out together and see how well they work on my hair. I love hair masque's, so this was such a fun and lovely little treat! :-)

What did you receive in you're March GLOSSYBOX? Are you happy with the items that you got? :-)

Love, Christine ♥

MY EBAY BEAUTY & FASHION BARGAINS VOL.1: L.A. GIRL COSMETICS, HO UK & MORE

When I saw Dyna from Dyna Drugstore Youtube Beauty Guru on YouTube do a video about her recent findings on eBay, it instantly gave me an idea to start my own little eBay series here on my blog. I have found quite a lot of cute and fun items during the couple of years that I have been a regular shopper on eBay. I'm so happy that Dyna inspired me to start this series on my blog, because I love sharing my favorite finds, deals and bargains with you all.

So without any further ado, here are the items that I recently bought on eBay! :-)

♥ LA Girl Pro Conceal HD. High Definition Concealer, (HERE).

Shannon from Shaaanxo on YouTube has been raving about the L.A. Girl HD High Definition Concealer for a while now, so I wanted to pick it up try it out for myself. I ordered it in the shade Natural, which is the second lightest shade in the range. I haven't played around with it much so I can't tell you my thoughts on it yet, but I'm definitely excited to use it. Would you guys be interested in seeing a review on it? :-)
♥ HO UK 34 Colors Beauty Makeup Waterproof Lip Pencil Lipstick Lip Gloss Lip Pen, (HERE).

After seeing Dyna from Dyna Drugstore YouTube Beauty Guru on YouTube swatch the entire HO UK liquid lipstick range on her channel, I decided to go on eBay and order a couple of the shades that I really liked from her video. This range has over 30 shades to choose from and they are around £0.99 each, which is super affordable. I haven't tried them out on my lips yet, only swatched them on the back of my hand. They are really pigmented and once they dry, they won't budge. You have to use an oil based makeup remover or some sort of oil to remove them or else they won't come of. Let the oil soak on the lips for a minute, then they should come right off.

Some people say that these are dupes for the Lime Crime Velvetines. I haven't had a chance to try out, the Velvetines, so I can't really tell you if they are similar or not. I used to be a big fan of Lime Crime but after all the scandals, I don't support the brand anymore. If you're not familiar about the whole Lime Crime drama, you can read about it here.

♥ Posh Black Pure Womens Leather Celebrity Tote Bag Smile Shoulder Satchel Handbag, (HERE).

I have been wanting to get my hands on a Celine bag for the longest time, but it's quite expensive. I came across this bag on eBay a while ago, which has a very similar look as the bag from Celine. I wasn't sure about the quality at first since it's from China, but it actually looks very nice. It's quite small, which is exactly what I have been looking for. It also comes with a shoulder strap, which is really useful if you don't want to carry the bag on your arm.

I have been eyeing the nude version of this bag and I'm thinking about ordering it as well. What do you guys think? Should I go for it? Here is the link to the nude smile bag if you want to take a look! :-)

What do you think about eBay? Do you like it? What's your most recent purchase on eBay? :-)

Love, Christine ♥

I highly recommend that you check out Dyna's channel on YouTube. I really enjoy watching her videos, she is such a talented and sweet girl and I just know that you are going to love and adore her as much as I do. Make sure to check out her HO UK swatch videos too, you can find them here :-)
