BUTTER LONDON NAIL LACQUER IN DAHLING: REVIEW, PHOTOS & SWATCHES

♥ Butter London Nail Lacquer in Dahling.

Butter London Nail Lacquer in Dahling ($17.50 for 11ml/.4 fl.oz.) is a pretty deep, dusky-pink with a creamy finish. It applies like a dream! I didn't notice any streaking with this shade, and it didn't go on looking patchy on my nails either. The consistensy is quite thin, but not too runny. It dries quickly and it's fully opaque in two coats.

♥ Butter London Nail Lacquer in Dahling.

Dahling comes in a sleek and cute little bottle, with a white sticker with the name off the shade on the bottom off the bottle. It's got a big black cap, which you have to remove before you can apply the nail polish. I really like that the cap is removable, because it makes the application so much easier, and it also gives me more control over the brush as well. On top off the brush handle is an image off a white little bird wearing a crown. I think it's such a fun and cute little detail! :-)
♥ Butter London Nail Lacquer in Dahling.

Overall, I'm really impressed with Butter London's Dahling. It's very easy to work with, the shade is so creamy and gorgeous and it's almost completely opaque in one coat. Dahling is actually the first nail polish from Butter London that I have tried, and so far I'm loving it. I have two other shades from Butter London as well which I will be sharing with you in a future review, so keep your eyes open for that. If the two other shades from Butter London are as easy to work with as Dahling, I think I might have a new favorite nail polish brand! :-)

MILANI COSMETICS NEON NAIL LACQUER IN PINK HOTTIE: REVIEW, PHOTOS & SWATCHES

♥ Milani Neon Nail Lacquer in Pink Hottie.

Milani Neon Nail Lacquer in Pink Hottie ($4.49 for 13.2 ml/0.45 fl.oz.) is a bright medium pink. It's very easy to apply, it's a tiny bit sheer on the first coat but it doesn't look streaky/patchy on my nails. The consistensy is thin, but not too runny. It dries quickly, and it's fully opaque in three coats.

Like most neon nail polishes, Pink Hottie dries matte. I have never been a big fan off the matte finish, so I always make sure to finish off the look with a shiny top coat. I'm currently using Gloss Boss by Glitter Gal Australia, which I have been enjoying a lot lately.

♥ Milani Neon Nail Lacquer in Pink Hottie.

One off my all-time favorite neon pinks is Essie's Pink Parka, which was released back in 2009 as part off their Fall collection. Unfortunately Essie decided to discontinue it, so I'm always keeping my eyes open for a possible dupe. I thought Pink Hottie would be similar to Pink Parka, but it's not even close to it. Pink Hottie is a lot darker than Pink Parka. Pink Parka is a straight up fluorescent pink, definitely an ''in your face'' kind off color! :-)

♥ Milani Neon Nail Lacquer in Pink Hottie.

Overall, I think Pink Hottie is a great shade for Spring and Summer. I have always been a big fan off neons, because they are so fun to wear and they make the nails stand out from everything else. If your not a big fan off those super bright neon nail polishes (bright like a fluorescent marker), Pink Hottie might be for you. It's a little more on the darker side, but still a pretty bright shade. It's currently on sale for only $1.99 at BeautyJoint, which is an awesome deal. So if you are thinking about trying it out, now is definitely a great time to do so! :-)

NEW IN MY CLOSET VOL.1: GINA TRICOT, ROMWE & SAMMYDRESS

Hello beauties! How are you all doing today? Hope you are having a wonderful Friday. Do you have any plans for the weekend? Simon and I are invited for dinner at my parents new place, which I'm looking forward to. They just moved into a new apartment, so we thought it would be fun to get together and celebrate the move with some yummy food and good company!

Anyway, it's been a while since I've done a clothing haul now. I have picked up some new clothing items on sale at one off my favorite stores, and online as well. I thought it would be fun to share the items that I picked up with you. I'm turning my fashion hauls into a new type off series called ''New In My Closet''. This is where you will be able to find my clothing and accessories hauls from now on! Let's move on to the good stuff, shall we? :-)

♥ White Knitted Owl Sweater from Romwe & Grey Sweater from Gina Tricot (HERE).

♥ Skirt from Gina Tricot, Cardigan from Gina Tricot & Pink Knitted Sweater from Sammydress (HERE).

 ♥ Tops from Gina Tricot.

Both black skirts are from Gina Tricot, Burgundy Skater Skirt from Romwe & Fake Leather Striped Skirt from Romwe (HERE).

♥ Home Girl Beanie from Gina Tricot & Beanie from Romwe (HERE).

I'm really excited to put together some looks using these pieces. I can't wait for Spring and Summer to arrive, so I can start doing my outfit posts again. I've missed doing them, right now it's way too cold (and dark) to take photos outside. I tried taking some photos about a week ago, but the pictures looked way too dark. Hopefully I will be able to start taking some photos again next month! Please keep your fingers crossed! :-)

SWATCH OF THE WEEK VOL.4: GLITTER GAL AUSTRALIA NAIL POLISHES IN WHITE POINTER, BLUEMERANG & TRUE BLUE AUSSIE

Today, I have three new Glitter Gal Australia nail polishes to share with you. They are all from the Holiday In Oz collection, which was released around Christmas time last year. The collection consists off five nail polishes with a creamy finish, two holographic toppers and their new Gloss Boss top coat! :-)

♥ Glitter Gal Australia White Pointer, Bluemerang & True Blue Aussie.

♥ Glitter Gal Australia White Pointer.

♥ Glitter Gal Australia White Pointer.

White Pointer is a crisp white with a creamy finish. It's very easy to work with, and it looks very smooth and nice on the nails. It's not sheer, and it didn't apply streaky or look patchy during the application. White Pointer dries quickly, and it's fully opaque in two coats.

I'm a big fan off white nail polishes, because I like how fresh and clean they make my nails look. White Pointer is such a nice shade for Spring and Summer, and I think that everyone should have a basic white nail polish in their collection! :-)

♥ Glitter Gal Australia White Pointer.

 ♥ Glitter Gal Australia Bluemerang.

 ♥ Glitter Gal Australia Bluemerang.

Bluemerang is a pretty baby blue with a creamy finish. Like White Pointer, Bluemerang is very easy to apply. It's a tiny bit sheer on the first coat, but it's nothing that I can't handle. It didn't apply streaky or look patchy on the nails either. It dries quickly, and it's fully opaque in two coats.

I have always been a big fan off pastel shades, because I like how cute and girly they are. Bluemerang is another great shade for Spring and Summer! :-)

♥ Glitter Gal Australia Bluemerang.

♥ Glitter Gal Australia True Blue Aussie.

♥ Glitter Gal Australia True Blue Aussie.

True Blue Aussie is a beautiful navy blue with a creamy finish. It's very easy to apply, and it goes on smooth and evenly on the nails. Like the other two shades, True Blue Aussie didn't go on streaky or look patchy on my nails. Just be sure to apply a good base coat first, because this shade can stain your nails. It dries quickly, and it's fully opaque in three coats (I used two).

I'm in love with True Blue Aussie, it's such a gorgeous nail polish. I love wearing shades like this during the Fall and Winter months, and this one is perfect! :-)

♥ Glitter Gal Australia True Blue Aussie.

♥ Glitter Gal Australia White Pointer, Bluemerang & True Blue Aussie.

Overall, I'm loving these three nail polishes from Glitter Gal Australia's Holiday In Oz collection! My favorite shade is True Blue Aussie, I'm such a sucker for those really dark shades. I also used the Gloss Boss top coat on all three shades. It works really well, and I love the smooth and glossy finish that it gives my nails. It makes the shades look even prettier! You can find the Gloss Boss top coat HERE! Let me know what you think about it, if you decide to try it out for yourself :-)

LUSH COSMETICS SNOW FAIRY SHOWER GEL: REVIEW, PHOTOS & SWATCHES

♥ LUSH Cosmetics Snow Fairy Shower Gel.

The Snow Fairy Shower Gel from LUSH Cosmetics (3.3 fl. oz for $9.95.) comes in a clear bottle, with a black cap and a fun pink label on the front. The body wash itself is pink, which is totally adorable and such a fun touch to the product and the packaging.

It has tiny blue glitter particles, which you can see clearly in the bottom off the bottle. The glitter doesn't show up on my skin at all, but it does look quite pretty in the bottle though! Snow Fairy comes in three sizes, 3.3 fl.oz, 8.4 fl.oz and 16.9 fl.oz. If you haven't tried it yet, you might want to go with the smallest bottle. If you end up loving it (which is very likely), you can go crazy and stock up on the bigger bottles :-)

Snow Fairy lathers up very nicely, while leaving my skin soft and smooth without drying it out. It's very gentle on the skin, so it can be used as a shampoo as well. I prefer to only just use it as a body wash, since I have products that I prefer to use on my hair. But that's just my personal taste. It's got a sweet candyfloss and vanilla scent, which I find absolutely delightful. It's not overpowering, so if your not a big fan off sweet scents you might still like it.

Overall, I'm digging Snow Fairy! If you haven't tried anything from LUSH before and you are looking for something new to try out, definitely give this product a go. It's a great body wash to keep in your shower, and who doesn't want to smell like cotton candy? Snow Fairy is another gem from LUSH Cosmetics, which I will buy over and over again during the holiday season! :-)

You might like this product if:
♥ You like candyfloss / vanilla scented products.
♥ You have a body wash addiction.

PRODUCTS WORTH BUYING VOL.4: OPI NAIL ENVY ORIGINAL

Happy Monday! How is everyone doing today? Did you have a good weekend? Did you do anything fun? Simon and I have been helping my parents move into their new apartment, which has been pretty hectic. Moving is a lot off work and time consuming, but I can't wait to move into a big house with my other half someday. Just talking about it makes me happy and even more excited about it, LOL!

This post is going to be another ''Products Worth Buying'' post. I have been having a lot off fun doing these type off blog posts, and I hope that you are enjoying them and finding them helpful as well. So if you want to know what I think about the OPI Nail Envy Original, then just keep reading! :-)

♥ OPI Nail Envy Original.

OPI Nail Envy Original is a natural nail strengthening treatment, perfect for weak and damaged nails. I have been using it for quite a while now, and it's by far one off my favorite nail strengthening products available on the beauty market.

It's very easy to apply, and it makes the nails harder and stronger while giving them a shiny finish. If your not a big fan off the shiny finish, the OPI Nail Envy Matte is a great alternative as it dries invisible on the nails.

 ♥ OPI Nail Envy Original.

♥ OPI Nail Envy Original.

The OPI Nail Envy Original has completely changed my nails for the better. My nails used to be extremely brittle, and they would break all the time. Now, they are a lot stronger, harder and they look a lot more healthier as well. I always start by applying two coats off this product onto my bare nails, then I keep applying one coat every other day to maintain the treatment. OPI Nail Envy Original can also be used as a top coat on top off your nail polishes, which is something I like to do all the time :-)

♥ OPI Nail Envy Original.

Overall, if you have thin and brittle nails, you need this product in your life. I can't even imagine going back to not using it, that's how much I enjoy it. I have always been impressed with OPI, their products are awesome and the quality is really good. Definitely let me know if you give the OPI Nail Envy Original a go, I would love to hear what you think about it! :-)

The OPI Nail Envy Original is currently on sale at BeautyBay for $25.80, you can check it out HERE.

Have you tried out the OPI Original Nail Envy? What do you think about it? Do you have a favorite nail strengthener? :-) Love, Christine♥

SWATCH OF THE WEEK VOL.3: ELF COSMETICS NAIL POLISH SET IN MYSTERIOUS

Hey beauties! How are you all doing today? I hope that you are having a lovely day so far. Today's post is going to be another Swatch Of The Week post, and this one is all about the e.l.f. Cosmetics nail polish set in Mysterious.

The e.l.f. Cosmetics Nail Polish Set in Mysterious (£4.00 for 0.609fl/18ml.) comes with three gorgeous nail polish shades called Purple Dream, Metal Madness and Dark Navy. All three nail polishes in this kit are not limited edition shades, they are all part off the e.l.f. Cosmetics regular nail polish range, which you can find right HERE :-)

♥ e.l.f. Cosmetics Nail Polishes in Purple Dream, Metal Madness & Navy Blue.

♥ e.l.f. Cosmetics Nail Polishes in Purple Dream, Metal Madness & Navy Blue.

I really like the shape and the design off the nail polish bottles, they are really cute! I love that each nail polish have a little sticker on the bottom off the bottle with the name off the shade. Some off the nail polishes that I've ordered from e.l.f. Cosmetics in the past, were missing their name stickers which made it a little difficult to remember the name off the different nail polishes!

♥ e.l.f. Cosmetics Nail Polish in Purple Dream.

Purple Dream is a pretty metallic purple. It's got a thick consistency, but it's still very easy to work with. For some reason I thought that Purple Dream was going to be a sheer on the first couple off coats, but it's actually opaque in almost one coat which is pretty awesome. I used two coats here.

♥ e.l.f. Cosmetics Nail Polish in Metal Madness.

Metal Madness is a pretty gun metal grey with red, blue, green, gold and silver glitter. It's very easy to work with, and it's got that gritty texture like most glitter nail polishes do. Metal Madness looks even more beautiful on the nails when the light hits it, it really makes those glitter particles come alive on your nails. Metal Madness is fully opaque in two coats.

♥ e.l.f. Cosmetics Nail Polish in Navy Blue.

Dark Navy is a deep navy blue with shimmer. It's easy to apply, and it goes on smooth and evenly on the nails. Like Purple Dream and Metal Madness, Dark Navy is almost fully opaque in just one coat as well. I used two coats here.

Overall, I do think that this is a fun little nail polish set. I personally think that you can't go wrong with this set, especially if it's a gift for someone who has a sweet tooth for nail polishes! The e.l.f. Cosmetics Mysterious nail polish set is available HERE for £4.00.

NAILS OF THE DAY: SERENDIPITY

Hey Everyone :-)
How are you guys doing on this lovely Friday? Do you have any plans for the weekend? I wanted to do a quick blog post and show you my Christmas manicure. I'm currently wearing Serendipity by Ciate on my nails, which is a gorgeous pink glitter nail polish. I have been wearing this shade since Christmas Eve, and I'm totally obsessed with it (check out my Ciate Mini Mani post HERE).

♥ Ciate Nail Polish in Serendipity.

♥ Ciate Nail Polish in Serendipity.

Serendipity is a limited edition shade, which was only available in the 2013 Ciate Mini Mani Month Advent Calendar. It's a really beautiful nail polish, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that Ciate will add it to their permanent line. Serendipity is a shade that I would wear all year round, not just during the holidays. Who doesn't like a pretty pink glitter manicure? I'm all for it! :-)

What do you think about Serendipity? Would you wear it? What nail polish are you wearing on your nails at the moment? :-) Love, Christine♥
